Project Overview
In 2025, our team partnered with a premier residential complex in Nicosia, Cyprus, to design and install a state‑of‑the‑art photovoltaic (PV) solar panel system tailored to the building’s unique architectural and energy requirements. After conducting a comprehensive site assessment, including roof orientation, shading analysis, and structural load evaluation, we specified high‑efficiency monocrystalline modules totaling a 50 kW capacity. This system is seamlessly integrated into the building’s rooftop, with smart inverters and monitoring hardware that feed real‑time performance data to both residents and facility managers.
The new PV installation is projected to offset up to 60 percent of the building’s annual electricity consumption, dramatically reducing utility costs and carbon emissions. Through a combination of net‑metering agreements and battery‑ready infrastructure, the project paves the way for future energy storage expansion. Residents now enjoy cleaner, greener power without compromising on aesthetics or roof integrity. By delivering turnkey solutions in engineering, procurement, and project implementation, we have set a new standard for sustainable residential development in Mediterranean climates.
